The Residential Construction Supervisor will oversee the development of new housing communities, ensuring that all construction activities are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site development, including all utility installations.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of subcontractors across multiple projects using construction management software.
  • Ensure that all construction work aligns with project timelines, approved designs, and regulatory documents.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and architects to address and resolve any issues promptly, documenting solutions to prevent delays.
  • Manage communication and documentation with local and state regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with inspection requirements.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, focusing on quality, cleanliness, and adherence to material specifications.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Engage with new homeowners for walkthroughs, scheduling, site visits, and progress updates.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of construction experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in reading architectural, structural, and MEP plans is essential.
  • Experience with construction management software is required; familiarity with Builder Trend is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.

Physical Requirements:

  • The role requires the ability to walk, stand, and navigate stairs on construction sites.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions is essential.
