- Assess and manage patient pain, utilizing effective pain management strategies to ensure optimal comfort and well-being.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other healthcare team members, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, utilizing active listening skills and clear, concise language.
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) within 12 months of hire date.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) obtained within 3 months of hire date.
- Education: Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Work Experience: One year of critical care experience required.
