Our company, Alterra Mountain Company, is seeking a highly skilled Valet Technician to join our team in Park City/Deer Valley. As a Valet Technician, you will be the face of Ski Butlers at our on-site hotel service center locations, providing exceptional customer service and creating a seamless experience for all hotel guests using the hotel's skier services.

About the Role

Valet technicians are responsible for welcoming guests to the resort, storing their equipment for daily use, working with hotel team members, and creating a genuine, personal hospitality experience unlike any other. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Uphold brand standards through exceptional customer service while meeting our Key Customer Requirements: On Time, Communication, Equipment, Timely Placement and Retrieval, Support, and Enhancing the Overall Skier Experience.
  • Provide timely, accurate placement and retrieval of guest's skis and other related stored equipment.
  • Support guests with fitting and adjusting Ski Butlers equipment as needed.
  • Assist guests with relevant information regarding resort operations, meeting areas, on-site hotel amenities, transportation, and local mountain town knowledge.
  • Setting up the next shift and future team members for success.

Estimated Salary

$21/hour base wage, plus tips.
