Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance, system diagnostics, and line technician services.
- Perform repairs on brake systems, hydraulic systems, exhaust systems, fuel ignition systems, electrical systems, air conditioning, computer systems, and powertrain management systems.
- Execute road tests for accurate diagnosis and service recommendations.
- Commit to continuous learning of new technologies in the rapidly evolving automotive industry.
- Provide excellent customer service, including clear communication and feedback regarding vehicle status.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level technicians.
- Document all services performed on repair orders.
- Report safety concerns to management immediately.
- Promote teamwork to ensure timely and accurate customer care during all operating hours.
- Adhere strictly to company policies regarding vehicle care and operation.
- Perform various manual tasks, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive diagnostics, problem-solving, and repairs.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- ASE Certifications.
- Experience with exhaust systems, fuel ignition systems, electrical systems, air conditioning, computer systems, and powertrain management systems.
