We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team at Inpatient Psych Solutions. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to adults, adolescents, and children in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health topics, coping skills, and stress management techniques.
- Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Valid license as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with requisite state eligibility.
- At least 2 years of experience as a therapist or counselor, with a focus on working with children and adolescents.
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 annually, with opportunities for bonus potential.
