Job Overview

The Tire and Wheel Specialist plays a crucial role in managing all operations within the installation facility. This position involves ensuring that all necessary documentation related to tire installations and removals is accurately completed, while also maintaining and monitoring inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily activities in the installation shop
  • Ensure proper usage of tools and equipment
  • Manage product and supply orders
  • Receive and check-in delivered merchandise
  • Label and organize merchandise according to customer specifications
  • Handle returns and maintain an organized system for used tires
  • Maintain a clean and efficient workspace

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in:

  • Front-end steering and suspension repairs
  • Alignment certification
  • Mounting, balancing, and installing tires and wheels
  • Utilizing tire and balance machines

Additionally, a valid State Driver License with a clean driving record is required. Candidates must be prepared to undergo a drug screening and background check.
