About the Role

At Ulta Beauty, we're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Expert to join our team as a Specialty Beauty Advisor - Lancôme. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and promoting the Lancôme brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Meet or exceed sales targets for the Lancôme brand, while providing personalized service to each customer, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest Lancôme products, trends, and techniques, and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology or demonstrator license preferred.
  • Experience: Previous cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
  • Skills: Demonstrated sales and customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
