About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and embodying our customer experience principles
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational and merchandise standards
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, counting change back to customers according to established procedures
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers
  • Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed, maintaining all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards
  • Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs
  • Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changes in direction or unexpected situations
  • Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
