Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Elire Inc. As a key member of our Accounting and Finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial health and operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cash flow forecasts, revenue projections, and expense forecasts. Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Manage the month-end close process and ensure accuracy. Conduct Financial Consolidations. Analyze financial data to generate insightful monthly trend reports. Prepare payroll journal entries and calculate compensation allocations (payroll, benefits, etc.). Investigate and resolve general ledger discrepancies. Contribute to the development and refinement of accounting systems and processes. Support the team with additional accounting duties and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of month- and year-end close experience. Project accounting experience is a plus. Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and account reconciliation. Service or consulting industry experience is preferred. ERP experience is a plus. Experience in internal audit (preferred). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a dynamic environment. Capable of managing multiple deadlines in an evolving, growth-oriented atmosphere.
