Swimming Instructor

We are seeking a skilled Swimming Instructor to join our team at TUI.

As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering fun, professional, and safe swim lessons to guests of all ages.

You will tailor your lessons to support the technical progression of varying abilities of guests while following the guidelines provided.

You will also actively sell and promote your lessons to encourage maximum attendance.

Additionally, you will regularly participate in events such as team days and presentations to support your team and deliver the best possible holiday experience, especially for our young guests.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of Swim England Level 2 or equivalent Swim Teaching education/qualification from your country of residence, and a valid NPLQ or equivalent Lifeguard certificate.

You will also need to be a fun and vibrant personality with the ability to work solo and as part of an international team.

Full conversational English is required, with additional languages being helpful.

You will also need to be willing to commit and learn the demands of the job, including work in direct sun/heat.

We offer a competitive salary starting at 1000€ net/month, plus a range of benefits including private health insurance, accommodation, flights to and from destination, and uniform.

Meals and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided during hotel opening times.
