**Responsibilities:**

  1. Provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices and protocols to promote optimized outcomes.
  2. Prioritize patient wellness and effectively partner with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional care results.
  3. Model proficiency through precepting new staff members and contribute to the development of clinical ladders to foster internal growth and promotional opportunities.
  4. Practice in a technologically advanced setting, managing ventilator integration and adaptive pulmonary support for patients across multiple levels of care.

**Requirements:**

  1. 3+ years of experience in acute care settings as a Respiratory Therapist.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
  3. State licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RT).
  4. Preferred certifications include Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Adult Critical Care Specialist (ACCS), and Neonatal and Pediatric Specialist (NPS).
