2024/2025 SY

SALARY:
$23.53 per hour

SCHEDULE:
4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:
(Essential qualifications for the role)

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 3 months experience in custodial services
* Valid driver's license with a good driving record
* Ability to work independently
* Strong customer service skills and responsiveness
* Willingness to follow directions as needed
* Capability to lift and move heavy items up to 60 pounds unassisted
* Physical ability to perform tasks including squatting, bending, lifting, and climbing
* Team-oriented mindset
* Effective communication skills with staff, students, and parents
* Commitment to exceptional service
* Punctuality and a reliable attendance record
* Respect for confidentiality of district matters
* Adherence to safe work practices
* Ability to operate ladders, scissor lifts, and Geni Lifts
* Skills in building and maintaining professional relationships

DESIRED:

* Bilingual/Biliterate in English/Spanish
* Experience in floor care including scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing
* Knowledge of restorative carpet care
* Familiarity with custodial equipment maintenance
