Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Management: Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-stocked anesthesia supply inventory, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are readily available for patient care.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate the maintenance, repair, and replacement of anesthesia equipment, ensuring that all devices are in good working order and meet safety standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with surgical team members to ensure safe and efficient patient care, communicating effectively to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our anesthesia department meets the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrates ability to follow written and oral instructions and communicate effectively with team members and patients.
  • Confidentiality: Maintains confidentiality with information about patients.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrates understanding of MHD guidelines and reference, Infection Control guidelines, and MHD safety guidelines.
