About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. As a Nursing Care Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. You will administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions, while also documenting any changes in patient conditions and reporting on changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans
  • Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and collaborate with supervisors to ensure high-quality care
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have demonstrated knowledge and skill in current nursing practices, as well as a strong penchant for problem-solving. A valid driver's license and first aid/CPR certification are also required. Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) is preferred.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits that include flexible scheduling and career advancement opportunities.
