Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Companion Care Home Care - PA. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, including assessing their conditions, recording their medical information, and administering treatments.
You will work collaboratively with our team to plan and deliver care, monitoring patients' vital signs and observing their behavior. You will also maintain accurate patient health care records and provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a nursing degree (RN or LPN), be eager to improve and continuously learn new skills, and have the ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations. You will also need to have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as well as the ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.

- Available to work Monday through Friday 8am to 3pm.
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year - preferred).
