Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Safely and efficiently handle materials and components to support production activities.
  • Assembly and Inspection: Assemble components and subassemblies, inspecting for quality and accuracy.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, anticipating and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Quality and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year of related work experience, preferably in an assembly team environment.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, data entry, and general knowledge of ERP systems such as Epicor.
Physical Demands
  • Lifting: Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds.
  • Bending and Stooping: Work may require bending or stooping.
  • Walking and Standing: Employees are required to walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day, standing for 8+ hours per day.
  • Climbing: Employee required to climb step stools/small ladders.
  • Repetitive Motion: Repetitive fine motor hand movement.
