Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Security and Safety Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a safe atmosphere for all residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security protocols are upheld.
  • Organize and oversee fire and emergency drills, maintaining thorough documentation.
  • Keep detailed security logs, including safety inspections and maintenance needs.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with relevant personnel.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of life safety systems.
  • Prepare daily reports detailing shift activities and incidents.
  • Manage access control for residents, guests, and vendors, verifying identification as needed.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing bulbs or addressing plumbing issues.
  • Assist in transporting residents as required.
  • Handle package deliveries and in-house mail distribution.
  • Welcome residents and guests, providing assistance with luggage and vehicle management.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Two to three years of relevant experience in safety or security roles.
  • A valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
