We are seeking a highly skilled THAAD Systems Engineer to join our team at Willbrook Solutions, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering and experience working with complex missile defense systems.

Job Summary:

The THAAD Systems Engineer will be responsible for supporting the THAAD Weapon System engineering directorate of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This includes supporting the THAAD Agile development as a critical component of the planning and execution of the program Iterative Engineering Technical Reviews (IETRs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate program implementation of MDA processes and standards
  • Support THAAD Core Standards through the Variance, Alternate, or Citation processes
  • Review and coordinate with the contractor the Verification of requirements
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of related engineering/system engineering experience preferably with THAAD or MDA engineering programs
  • BA/BS with 20+ of experience
Preferred Experience:
  • MA/MS Degree
  • Familiarity and past experience with THAAD, the Missile Defense Agency, and/or other complex Missile Defense systems
  • Familiarity and experience with missile defense components development, test, production, and integration
Security Requirements:

Active Secret Clearance Required
