Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Intern to join our team at CVS Health. As a 3rd year pharmacy intern, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and effective Retail Pharmacy work environment that delivers exceptional care to each patient. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Ensuring Patient Safety
  • Maintaining Pharmacy Professional Practice
  • Meeting Regulatory Requirements
  • Improving Quality Assurance
  • Delivering Excellent Customer Service

Responsibilities
In addition to the above-mentioned responsibilities, you will also be expected to:
  • Lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
  • Have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
  • Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe

Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
  • Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
  • Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
