- Manage special education files for both Intermediate and Elementary schools.
- Coordinate special education meetings and prepare meeting notices.
- Maintain accurate records of special education progress reports.
- Update special education information on the computer database.
- Ensure compliance with Department of Education regulations regarding file maintenance.
- Provide administrative support to special education staff as needed.
- Successful completion of high school required.
- Proficiency in word processing and computer software essential.
- Business training desirable.
- Secretarial experience desirable.
