Key Responsibilities

As a Store Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a professional appearance at all times and standing positioned at the front of the store, remaining vigilant and aware of your surroundings.
  • Greeting every customer entering or exiting the store with a warm smile and a loud, friendly greeting, promoting a sense of control and security.
  • Conducting bag and package checks on store and corporate associates, ensuring adherence to safety and security standards.

You will also be required to maintain confidentiality, review and analyze business trends, and exhibit a positive demeanor, strong posture, and energetic greeting.

With a focus on reducing opportunities for theft, shoplifting, and other dishonest activities, you will be a valuable partner to store and field leadership by identifying and reporting theft incidents and/or suspicious subject(s) to your Manager on Duty once identified.
