Job Overview

Outside In Construction is seeking a skilled Site Superintendent/ Lead to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of residential construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute a wide range of carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, cabinetry, and trim work, with precision and attention to detail.
  • Interpret construction blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate and precise execution of projects.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe work environment for yourself and team members.
  • Efficiently manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate effectively with other construction professionals, including contractors and subcontractors.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio showcasing your carpentry skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and drawings accurately.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and a commitment to creating a safe work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in carpentry work.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly within a construction team.
