Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrated Master Schedule (IMS): Develop and manage the IMS to align with program goals.
  • Schedule Integration: Ensure that all program schedules are cohesively integrated both horizontally and vertically.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Apply industry-standard scheduling practices, including but not limited to:
    • DCMA 14-point
    • IPMR DI-MGMT-81861
    • Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
    • Critical Path Analysis
    • Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA)
    • Performance Metrics and Analysis
  • Status Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status through weekly and monthly reports.
  • Schedule Maintenance: Create, maintain, and validate schedule data while tracking progress.
  • Risk Management: Conduct risk analysis and manage potential scheduling conflicts.
  • Performance Evaluation: Utilize project management techniques to assess progress and identify variances.
Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in program/project planning and scheduling, logistics, or supply chain management; or a Master's degree with 4 years of experience. An additional 4 years of experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with scheduling software such as MS Project, Open Plan, or Primavera P6.
  • Active Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Top Secret / SCI security clearance.
  • Experience with resource loading schedules and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
  • Familiarity with Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA).
