Key Responsibilities- Integrated Master Schedule (IMS): Develop and manage the IMS to align with program goals.
- Schedule Integration: Ensure that all program schedules are cohesively integrated both horizontally and vertically.

- DCMA 14-point

- Critical Path Analysis
- Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA)
- Performance Metrics and Analysis
- Status Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status through weekly and monthly reports.
- Schedule Maintenance: Create, maintain, and validate schedule data while tracking progress.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk analysis and manage potential scheduling conflicts.
- Performance Evaluation: Utilize project management techniques to assess progress and identify variances.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in program/project planning and scheduling, logistics, or supply chain management; or a Master's degree with 4 years of experience. An additional 4 years of experience may substitute for a degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with scheduling software such as MS Project, Open Plan, or Primavera P6.
- Active Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI. U.S. Citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active DoD Top Secret / SCI security clearance.
- Experience with resource loading schedules and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
- Familiarity with Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA).
