About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a Surgical Technologist, you will be responsible for ensuring that surgical procedures run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining a safe and respectful environment for patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures by setting up equipment and supplies.
- Anticipate the needs of surgical teams and maintain a high level of professionalism throughout procedures.
- Collaborate with nurses and surgeons to ensure seamless execution of surgical plans.
- Assist with patient preparation and transport, as well as provide support with building services.
We require a Surgical Technologist with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. What You'll NeedTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
- A physical ability to lift and move patients, push, pull, and/or lift case carts, instrument trays, and equipment.
- The ability to work in a patient care area environment, which may include exposure to communicable diseases, unpleasant odors, acute patient conditions, and potential hazardous gases.
- Prolonged standing and walking.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $65,000-$85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
