Compensation and Benefits

Job Description

This is a challenging opportunity to lead hourly personnel in the organization unit operations, adhering to safety and housekeeping controls. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating the installation of continuous improvement projects to reduce overall cycle time
  • Implementing mission-critical maintenance to increase reliability while reducing quality costs associated with line stops
  • Supervising work and providing technical assistance to respective hourly personnel
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least three years' experience in a manufacturing environment leading an hourly workforce
Preferred Qualifications

We also welcome candidates with a bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field, as well as experience working with PLCs, motor control centers, static drives, and power distribution.
