Carpentry Specialist with PeopleReady Skilled Trades will support experienced carpenter contractors throughout Orange County. This temporary role offers weekly pay, health insurance benefits, and a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Wood Framing; Metal Framing; Finish Work
- Prepare the layout and scope of work for the project
- Install metal and wood framing and roof truss components
- Use hand and electric tools to cut and fabricate and install framework components
- Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks and props, using hand tools
- Shape and cut materials to specific measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws along with sanding
- Install doors, windows, stairs, baseboards, and crown molding
- Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, finishing interior and exterior trim, and other wooden fixtures
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard
- Work with and install bathroom partitions
- Follow established safety rules and regulations
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prior experience in carpentry with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Self-sufficient and fully tooled in the trade
- E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA
- Verifiable work history that confirms your experience in the trade
