At Global Channel Management, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

This role requires a strong background in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on system administration, network security, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate technical documentation on systems and assist in efforts to remediate audit findings.
  • Manage and maintain file servers, ensuring data security and integrity.
  • Operate the firewall to protect the organization's network from security risks.
  • Monitor the internet connection for potential threats and employ the latest security protocols.
  • Manage the local area network (LAN) to prevent errors and threats.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Linux and database management (Oracle preferred).
  • Experience with scripting and object-oriented programming.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation and cyber security best practices.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid onsite environment (2-3 times a week).
