Job Overview
Hospital-based anesthesia services are in high demand, and we're seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Anesthesia Associates of Kansas City. As an Anesthesiology Specialist, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with staff anesthesiologists to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional, clinical, and technical competencies in assigned units or departments.
  • Educate patients, families, and staff on anesthesia-related aspects of conditions and diseases.
  • Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction before, during, and after procedures.
  • Maintain open communication with staff anesthesiologists regarding patient conditions.

Requirements
  • A graduate degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program approved by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
  • Valid CRNA certification.
  • A current license for the state of Kansas or Missouri.
  • BLS/ACLS certification or willingness to obtain certifications.

We offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
