About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $22.50 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the creation, revision, storage, retrieval, and distribution of controlled documents using Google Suite.
  • Provide key support during the transition from Microsoft Suite to Google Suite by ensuring that all documents are properly transferred, updated, and accessible.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate version control for all documents and implement access control to maintain confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that documents are properly categorized, reviewed, and approved.
  • Generate status reports on document control activities.

This is a contract role lasting between 3-6 months, working onsite in Newport, DE. If you have a high school diploma and experience in document control, we want to hear from you

What You'll Need
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
  • Experience in document control or records management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to transition between platforms
  • Basic knowledge of document control systems and regulatory standards
