About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Illuminus. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Personal Care: Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, while maintaining their dignity and respect.
  • Support Mobility and Safety: Help residents with mobility needs, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
  • Assist with Daily Activities: Prepare resident rooms, assist with mealtime, and provide emotional support to residents.
  • Monitor and Report Changes: Continuously monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to licensed nurses promptly.
  • Document Care Provided: Accurately document the type and frequency of care provided to each resident before the end of each shift.
Requirements
  • Commitment to Quality Care: Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care and services to all individuals.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Confidentiality and Integrity: Maintain the confidentiality of resident information and uphold the highest standards of integrity.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Qualifications
  • Age Requirement: Be at least 16 years of age.
  • Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry: Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
