Position Overview:
- Flexible work schedule that supports work-life balance with varying shift lengths and frequencies
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs pre-anesthetic evaluations and patient assessments
- Develops and implements care strategies, including follow-up assessments
- Monitors patient conditions and intervenes as needed
- Provides assistance in emergency medical situations
- Oversees scheduling, inventory, and clinical protocols
- Requires analytical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to operate autonomously
The compensation range for this position is: $216,000 - $220,000 annually, depending on experience.
Qualifications for CRNAs:
- Valid Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications from the American Heart Association
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist credentials
- Master of Science degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthetist program
- Certification from the National Board of Certification & Re-certification for Nurse Anesthetists
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Anesthetist
- ACLS and PALS certifications
- No minimum experience required
