Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable LMF/LSS Coverage Specialist to join our team at North American Stainless. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless coverage during vacations and absences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cover vacation duties for designated positions, including the Ladle Prep area.
  • Assist Group Leaders, Shift Leads, and Supervisors as needed to ensure smooth operation.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in the steel industry a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with LMF/LSS processes and procedures.
  • Ability to operate a fork lift and perform physical tasks as required.

Estimated Salary:$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
