Clinical Nurse III: Vascular and Interventional Radiology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Vascular Interventional Radiology Unit (VIR). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and experience with conscious sedation, hemodynamic monitoring, and management of vented and critical care patients.
Key Responsibilities- Administer conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
- Manage vented and critical care patients, including those requiring Phase 1 anesthesia recovery.
- Use and access central venous devices as needed.
- Graduate of a professional academic nursing program with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree.
- Current NYS Registered Nurse license.
- Obtains and maintains certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical RN experience, with a minimum of 1 year of Telemetry or ICU experience.
- Ability to improve job performance through continuing education.
