Key Responsibilities:- Assess, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders independently

- Provide interventional services, including ketamine therapy and Spravato
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Lead an interdisciplinary team and provide guidance and support to colleagues
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Oregon
- Board Certification - Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- DEA License
- Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization as a psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner
- At least 1 year of experience working as a PMHNP
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Experience leading an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with other healthcare professionals
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records
- Competitive hourly rate: $85.00 per hour
- Full-time position with 40 hours per week
