Requirements:
- Completion of a Nursing Assistant Certification from an accredited institution is mandatory.
- Possession of a current Georgia Nursing Assistant Certificate is required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is necessary.
- Prior experience in Long-term Care within a Nursing Home or Rehabilitation Facility is essential.
- Competitive Salary ranging from $19 to $24 per hour based on experience.

- Flexible shift options available (7 AM - 7 PM, 7 PM - 7 AM) with rotating weekends.
The Certified Nursing Assistant, under the guidance of a registered nurse, LPN, or physician, will be responsible for:
- Delivering culturally and ethnically sensitive care appropriate for all ages.
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents.
- Gathering and documenting patient information accurately.
- Communicating effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
- Utilizing technology to enhance patient care.
- Performing delegated therapies as instructed.
- Advocating for patient needs and preferences.
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Offering comfort measures and nutritional support.
- Working in a smoke-free environment.
- Manual lifting of up to 60 lbs.
- Standing for extended periods, up to 12 hours.
- Availability to work weekends as required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care.
- Proficient in Patient Care and Healthcare practices.
- Certified Nursing Assistant with at least 2 years of experience.
- Basic Life Support Certified with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Familiarity with Basic Medical Terminology.
- Strong Interpersonal, Written, and Oral Communication skills.
- Experience in a Long-Term Care Facility for at least 2 years.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience level: Experienced.
