    • Deliver food items to guests in a timely manner to ensure optimum food temperature
  • Communication
    • Communicate with servers and bartenders regarding guests' requests and needs
  • Work Station Setup and Breakdown
    • Set up and break down work station according to department procedures and standards
  • Additional Duties
    • Complete all duties as assigned by management
    • Comply with uniform standards

Customer Service

As a Food Runner, you will be the face of Brewingz and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to each guest on every occasion. This includes looking for opportunities to exceed customer expectations and offering assistance accordingly.

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
  • Continuous use of hands and arms
  • Continuous bending, reaching, and twisting
  • Maintains strong personal image and uniform standards
  • Required to have a Texas Food Handlers permit
