Position Overview:

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a hybrid work model. The role requires a commitment to provide exceptional support for financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee frontline support, addressing user inquiries, testing system modifications, and managing functional systems related to financial operations.
  • Act as the project lead for medium-scale enhancements and updates to financial systems, ensuring the development and adherence to project timelines while advising departmental leadership on potential actions.
  • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to identify and resolve production challenges and enhance business processes.
  • Engage with business users to address and resolve issues using the existing ticketing system.
  • Document current processes, workflows, and enhancements related to business operations.
  • Consult with system support vendors for issues that require further analysis or development.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Proven experience supporting PeopleSoft FSCM modules, including Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Project Costing.
  • Background in financial systems support, including documentation development, system enhancement testing, user training, and business needs analysis.
  • Experience collaborating with Managed Service Providers, business users, and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of the PeopleSoft Test Framework for automating testing processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of project management experience, encompassing design, documentation, testing, and implementation of small to medium-sized financial systems.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
