Drywall Estimator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Drywall Estimator to join our team at Performance Contracting Group, Inc. in Carmel, IN.

This is a unique opportunity to work as a key member of our operations team, providing expertise in estimating drywall projects and contributing to the company's growth and success.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality estimates, managing relationships with vendors and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Perform accurate and detailed takeoffs for construction projects
• Maintain strong relationships with area vendors and subcontractors
• Participate in internal bid reviews and contribute to project planning and execution
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market conditions, including competitive pricing and risk factors
• Assist in contract administration and provide support for project delivery

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science or Construction Management preferred
• At least 2-3 years of experience in estimating construction projects, preferably with drywall or cleanroom scopes
• Strong ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

• A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year
