About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in North Haven, CT. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in aerospace manufacturing.

As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for the safe production of metal E-Rings in a fast-paced production setting. You will work closely with our team to manufacture completed parts using Planish Press, Belt Sander, Roll Form Machines, Polish Equipment, and Hydraulic Presses.

  • You will read and interpret work instructions to ensure accurate production

  • Communicate with others on work order status and completion of work

  • Perform assembly and inspection tasks

  • Ability to lift 25 pounds

  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
  • High school diploma

  • Basic math skills

  • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
