Banquet Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Banquet Server to join our team at Southern Management Companies, LLC. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that every event is a success.

• Efficiently complete pre-function side work to ensure a smooth and seamless event experience.
• Greet guests as they arrive and assist with seating at tables, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Serve all food courses and non-alcoholic beverage items to guests in accordance with function requirements, ensuring that every detail is attended to.
• Clear each course following procedures, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Maintain complete knowledge of service requirements for assigned functions, including menu selections, ingredients, and presentation standards.
• Abide by state liquor regulations, ensuring that guests are served responsibly and safely.
• Assist with setup, monitoring, and breakdown of coffee breaks, receptions, and buffet tables, ensuring that every detail is attended to.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

• Must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• 1 year experience as a Restaurant or Banquet food server preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Availability during peak operating times, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
