**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Radiography / X Ray Technologist to join our team at UCHealth UCHlth Med Ctr of the Rockies. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will prioritize procedural patient education, ensure mutual understanding and cooperation, and provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Review patient history, initiate radiographic images based on physician orders, and ensure image clarity using established best practices in Radiology (ARRT).
- Safely administer contrast media or associated imaging medications while monitoring patient condition.
- Implement techniques to yield high-quality images, quality control, and equipment functionality.
**Requirements**
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (R) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Specialty ARRT certification(s) if required for position. State licensure if required by law.
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
