General Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our collision center team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of repair facility personnel
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Maintain a clean and organized repair facility
  • Monitor and maintain shop equipment and facilities

Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a similar role

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
