Job Title: Automotive Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Bookkeeper to join our team at Middletown Honda. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing new and used car deals, trades, titles, liens, and payoffs.

Responsibilities:
  • Post new and used car sales in our accounting system
  • Break down and fund retail and lease contracts
  • Work with accounting schedules and have a strong understanding of titling processes
  • Process trades, titles, liens, and payoffs
  • Manage sales and F&I commissions
Qualifications:
  • Experience with Excel
  • Proven track record of success
  • Strong customer satisfaction skills
  • Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
