Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marina Operations Team Member to join our team. As a Marina Operations Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting safe and fun boating experiences, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our marina docks and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote safe and fun boating experiences for our guests
  • Provide support to our Boating Club, Boat Rental, Fuel Dock, and Marina guests
  • Maintain cleanliness of all marina docks and grounds
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness for our Bridge Marina fleet
  • Provide orientations for boaters
  • Operate powerboats from 18 to 25 feet
Requirements
  • Boating certificate and 2+ years boating experience
  • Flexible schedule including each weekend during the summer months
  • Teamwork skills and ability to be helpful and courteous with teammates
  • Valid and clean automobile driver's license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background/drug screen

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $16-$19.00 per hour plus gratuities, bonuses, and seasonal incentives. Advancement and increases are available and are encouraged.
