Job Title: Licensed Therapist Outpatient

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our dynamic team in Bullhead City. As a key member of our outpatient clinic, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, solution-focused services to individuals diagnosed with mental health or substance abuse disorders.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a licensed therapist with a Master's degree in a behavioral health field, who is passionate about helping others and possesses excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, clinical assessment criteria, and programmatic goals, objectives, and activities.
  • Conduct intakes and psychosocial assessments of adults, families, children, and adolescents.
  • Provide ongoing therapy with adults, families, children, and adolescents within a brief therapy framework.
  • Conduct home visits and case consultations as needed.
  • Coordinate closely with clinical staff and staff from other providers.
  • Provide community consultation and education to community agencies, schools, neighborhood groups, and other community human service professionals.
  • Maintain required number of client contact hours per week.
  • Maintain the expected level of productivity.
  • Maintain accurate, thorough, and current documentation in accordance to SB&H clinical standards.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in a behavioral health field (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work).
  • Licensed or license eligible at the Associate level by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
  • Independent License strongly preferred.
  • One (1) year of full-time behavioral health experience highly preferred.
  • Must have fingerprint clearance issued by Arizona Department of Public Safety or eligible to receive within eight (8) weeks of hire.
