Travel Nurse Across America is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Columbus, Ohio.
About the JobThis is a 13-week travel assignment with a guaranteed 40 hours per week and 8-hour shifts. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of recent acute care experience and possess the necessary certifications, including BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R) National Certification.
Responsibilities- Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests
- Assist in scrubbing diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Monitor patients during procedures
- Demonstrate knowledge of radiation protection standards and techniques
- Operate intravenous (I.V.) and dye injector pumps
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Understand and use the McKesson PACS system
- 1 year of experience in acute care
- BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R) National Certification
- State-specific licensing when required
- Vascular Interventional certificate preferred
