Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Train Banquet Servers: Coach, direct, and train our banquet servers to provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Event Preparation: Oversee the preparation of the function space, including linen and table settings, food station design, and beverage service.
- Present Menu Offerings: Present the menu offerings to our guests and ensure that they have a memorable dining experience.
- General Banquet Preparation: Assist with general banquet preparation, including room refreshes and maintaining a sanitary environment.
