This role involves coordinating resources and technical support to provide high-quality patient care, while working closely with the team to develop, evaluate, and implement patient care plans that meet the needs of complex patients.
Responsibilities:- Identifies opportunities for quality improvement and cost reduction in assigned specialty.
- Assesses therapeutic interventions for complex patient cases to evaluate responses to treatments and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Provides effective feedback and mentoring to team members to improve performance against department goals.
- Develops department schedules and daily staffing operations to ensure efficient patient throughput.
- Bachelor's of Science - Nursing degree required.
- At least 2 years as a Registered Nurse and 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations.
- Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state required.
- BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider certification required.
