Job Overview

Schneider is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers to join our team as Team Van Truckload drivers. As a Team Van Truckload driver, you will be part of a two-person team that hauls dry van trailers with 95% no-touch freight. You will drive within all 48 states and have the opportunity to take your dog or cat on the road with our Team Pet Policy.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Earn up to $2,100 in holiday pay incentives while working November 2024-December 2024.
  • Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
  • Weekly paychecks.
  • Weekly performance pay.
  • $4,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers.
  • $1,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers.

  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
Qualifications
  • Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL).
