Job Overview:
This full-time, exempt position focuses on leading testing initiatives within the scope of the 1ADM program and other related projects.

The IT Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for overseeing Testing services that support the global business and technology transformation efforts at ADM, utilizing SAP S/4 HANA as the central ERP solution along with other integrated systems.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in Testing Services applicable to various application types. This role not only demands Testing proficiency but also requires mentoring and guiding fellow Test analysts and testers within the team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Solution Managers to identify and document testing requirements.
  • Coordinate daily with onshore and offshore team members regarding their assigned tasks.
  • Estimate testing resources based on project size, complexity, and duration.
  • Evaluate the testability of project requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies, including entry/exit criteria, schedules, and kick-off meetings.
  • Create and manage both automated and manual test cases.
  • Plan for regression and stress/load testing.
  • Establish test environment and data plans.
  • Facilitate communication regarding testing processes and resources.
  • Execute test case execution and manage business participation for sign-off.
  • Oversee defect processes and reporting.
  • Conduct project status reporting to management.
  • Identify and implement best practices in testing processes.
  • Engage with IT and Business Leads to secure necessary resources for testing.
  • Lead discussions on testing best practices and initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Over 10 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with SAP P2D, with a preference for IWD or QM/3PL.
  • At least 3 years in a Test Lead or similar role.
  • Proficient in developing cross-platform manual and automated test plans and cases.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with QA processes, test frameworks, and automation.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in testing across multiple phases in at least two SAP projects, including one in a Test Lead capacity.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and testing in SAP S/4 HANA environments.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and Continuous Testing practices.
  • Technical understanding of cloud applications and APIs.
